    We are seeking an experienced enterprise applications administrator to join our agile team!

    In this role you will deploy, administer, and support new and existing enterprise-wide COTS (commercial off-the-shelf) software engineering applications, leveraging containerized solutions (where possible) to optimize deployments and administration across our classified and unclassified environments.

    You will join a diverse and regionally distributed team supporting Atlassian Jira/Bitbucket, GITLAB. Azure DevOps Server, and Jenkins.

    You will also participate in software modernization and cloud adoption efforts, partnering with engineering to migrate off old legacy technologies to new container-based, cloud-hosted GIT-based solutions.

    What You Will Do

    + Leverage company best practices and DevSecOps principles to deploy, sustain, and support enterprise-wide shared software engineering applications in on-premise and cloud-based environments

    + Develop and implement enterprise-based solution architectures

    + Configure and maintain the cybersecurity and compliance posture of our hosted solutions

    + Engage with programs and stakeholder groups to plan and support applications deployments

    + Identify, document, and champion best practices and process improvements to optimize operations

    + Work with engineering stakeholders to plan and execute migrations off legacy Software Engineering applications

    + Develop and maintain software application deployment automation and container orchestration scripts and templates

    + Implement and maintain service monitoring scripts and tools to streamline operations and maximize application performance and uptime

    + Assist engineering teams with support of software build/test pipelines and integrations

    + Resolve service incidents for applications you support, working with level-1 helpdesk teams to develop knowledge base articles for known/common issues

    Qualifications You Must Have

    + Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years' experience

    + Experience deploying and supporting server-based hosted COTS applications and associated databases in an enterprise environment

    + Experience scripting in bash, python, and/or PERL

    + Experience using Docker and/or Podman

    + Linux system administration experience

    + Troubleshooting network and Web/HTTP concepts (SSL, certificates, proxy, REST) to resolve application configuration issues

    The salary range for this role is 101,000 USD - 203,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
