    **The Role**

    As a Sr Lead Business Operations Manager, you will work in a dynamic environment, collaborating with AI Governance and AI project teams across various domains and geographic contexts to identify and mitigate AI governance risks.     **The Main Responsibilities**

    + Coordinate the strategy, planning and successful completion of AI governance business processes. Create, maintain and update the AI governance program content, structure, policies and processes.

    + Assist AI governance partners in operationalizing AI governance initiatives by managing the AI Review Process, AI governance workflow, and coordinating with group representatives to navigate AI governance complexities.

    + Manage the Risk Management process to identify and mitigate risks for the AI governance team, ensuring alignment with team strategy and processes, and collaborate with AI governance strategists to ensure accurate communication of the team’s message.

    + Provide support to AI project owners throughout the AI lifecycle from an AI governance perspective, ensuring adherence to AI governance principles and guidelines.

    + Thoroughly document all AI governance processes, decisions, and methodologies to ensure transparency, repeatability, and continuous improvement. Maintain comprehensive records for audits, compliance checks, and training purposes.

    **What We Look For in a Candidate**

    + Bachelor's or master’s degree in information systems management, Information Technology Management, Computer Science, Data Science, or Risk Management.
