Responsible for maintaining all equipment related to manufacturing according to annual maintenance schedule.
Responsible for all lubricating oils and cutting fluids needed by machine tools (daily, weekly monthly).
Responsible for maintaining all forms, logs, and records according to Quality Management System.

Qualifications:
5 or more years’ hands on experience with mechanical troubleshooting and preventative maintenance.

What You Will Do
Test the functionality of components, parts, assemblies, and systems to support production quality, product development, engineering, failure analysis and warranty returns.
Perform visual inspections of intricate parts and assemblies under microscope and other equipment.
Work closely with engineers to ensure testing procedures are accurately performed.
Configure testing equipment hardware and initiate automated test scripts using a computer interface.
Analyze test results, create test reports, and archive the test record on computer.
Interpret the unit test results, disposition unit quality (pass/fail), prepare information needed to perform repairs, and route parts to next process step.
Enter transactional job information into a computerized job scheduling/tracking system (MRP).
Perform equipment calibrations, test standards, and archive results to monitor tester health.
Rotate to different test stations based on daily assignments.

Module Process Technicians are responsible for monitoring wafer manufacturing process, process analysis, and collaborative solutions. Module Process Technician: process technicians working in engineering departments, such as CVD (Chemical Vapor Deposition), PVD (Physical Vapor Deposition), LIT (Lithography), ETC (Etch), EPI (Epitaxy), DIF (Diffusion), CMP (Chemical Mechanical Polish), YED (Yield Excellent Department), ME (Metrology).
Position Overview:
Work in an office-based operations environment, multitasking up to 25 online manufacturing systems and data analysis, rather than physical hands-on operations of equipment.
Carrying personal mobile phones and data storage devices are strictly prohibited upon entry. All personal items must undergo X-ray inspection at entrance and exit screening for carrying prohibited items in protection of intellectual property of the company.
The work environment for this position is determined by the supervisor. While the position is primarily office-based at a computer workstation, it may require some works in a cleanroom environment in the Fab.
The position is primarily responsible for monitoring wafer processing, responding to alarms, analyzing the situation, following SOPs to handle all kinds of real-time issues, and documenting related works in proper reporting format and template.
You will be expected to be fluent in using MS-Office products (including Excel/ Word/Outlook/ PowerPoint) and you will be required to learn to be fluently using handover system, wafer-related systems, or other home-grown systems.
Work with the team and leadership to manage production efficiency/quality by leveraging procedures, supporting SOPs and identifying bottlenecks/issues to create solutions that support production goals.
At the same time, responsible for the handover content and summarizing the problems encountered during the handover.
Additional responsibilities may be assigned based on business needs.
Based on the department and the role, you may be asked to be on a Compressed Work Shift, which is based on 12-hour/day and 3 or 4 days/week schedule.

The Mechanical Technician is responsible for operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting HVAC systems including Chillers, boilers, pumping systems, cleanroom air handling, filtration as well as Industrial exhaust and air pollution control devices including scrubbers and RCTO technology. The Maintenance Technician assists the Maintenance Manager in maintaining the physical integrity of the community. This involves ensuring a safe, secure and comfortable living environment for residents, visitors and staff. The Maintenance Technician will carry out assigned duties in a safe manner, and in addition to the duties described herein, will perform other duties as requested by the Maintenance Manager and Community Manager. The Maintenance Technician must provide exceptional customer service while assessing and repairing the property.
Responsibilities
1. Must be knowledgeable of pertinent laws and applicable regulations including, but not limited to EPA and OSHA regulations governing proper storage and management of hazardous materials, including solvents, flammables, caustics and refrigerant.2. Must be aware of the condition throughout the property and immediately initiate action to correct unsafe conditions; e.g., broken gates leading to the pool, broken steps, open holes and broken/burned out exterior lights.3. Must be aware of all utility meter cut-offs, fixture cut-offs, and sewer clean-outs.4. Perform basic and advanced HVAC repairs to residential heating and cooling systems. Repairs and maintenance include items such as completing preventive maintenance checks and services, troubleshooting systems to identify problems, repair / replace faulty internal parts, pull vacuums and charge units, repair / replace entire HVAC systems5. Perform basic electrical repairs on items such as appliances, fixtures, switches, outlets, circuits, etc. and light plumbing work, such as clearing stoppages, replacing fittings, etc.6. Perform carpentry work, such as fitting doors, freeing windows, replacing and building shelves, sanding and refinishing floors, as well as exterior and interior painting.7. Painting:a. The painter must be knowledgeable in all aspects of painting including, but not limited to, taping and texturing, caulking, interior painting and have the ability to make minor drywall repairs.b. Painter must be knowledgeable of pertinent laws and applicable regulations of OSHA governing proper storage and management of hazardous materials.8. Flooring:a. The Floor Laborer is responsible for ensuring flooring is properly cared for by prepping for stripping, waxing and cleaning of floors. Floor Laborer must be skilled in use of machinery such as, but not limited to buffer, shop vacuum and sander and should also be knowledgeable in proper mixing of chemicals.9. Replace broken glass, tile, screens, garbage disposals, fixtures, appliances, draperies, locks.10. Assist in custodial and grounds work, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, emptying trash, cleaning windows, etc., in common areas.11. Responds to work orders and resident concerns in a timely and professional manner.12. Assist make-ready staff as required and directed by the Supervisor to meet deadlines.13. Complete accurate records regarding preventive maintenance, and work orders.14. Report any maintenance or resident related concerns to manager and/or supervisor in a timely manner.15. Periodically inspect all units, buildings and common areas, performing repairs and janitorial assistance as needed. Make sure storage areas and entrances are locked and adequate lighting in those areas is maintained.16. Attend and participate in training seminars as requested. Be aware and operate within OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Act) standards and company safety policies and procedures at all times.17. Ensure effective, timely and professional interactions with residents, contractors and property management team on all maintenance services provided.18. Must be knowledgeable of inventory levels of spare parts and supplies and inform Maintenance Supervisor or Community Manager of shortages.19. Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
Required Experience:
1. HVAC certification preferred2. Preferred one-year experience or training in the following areas: carpentry, light plumbing work, light electrical work, painting, refurbishing and cleaning, air-conditioning.3. Proven knowledge and application of codes, laws, and regulations.4. Must be able to pass background investigation and drug test screening.
Required Education/Training:
1. High School Diploma or GED2. Valid Driver’s License and acceptable driving record.3. All specific certifications required by law.4. Must successfully complete all required courses, classes, and training provided by Michaels.
Required Skills and Abilities:
1. Must be able to work as part of a team, as well as complete assignments independently.2. Must be able to work in a fast-paced and customer service-oriented environment.3. Perform duties under pressure and meet deadlines in a timely manner.4. Working Conditions:
1. Must be able to work 40 hours per week to include evenings, weekends and holidays if required for emergency, on-call or scheduled shifts. Overtime hours may be required.2. Must be able and eligible to drive a vehicle for picking up replacement parts and supplies if required3. Will be exposed to dust, dirt, solvents, paint, and other cleaning supplies4. Will be required to use hand and power tools in a safe manner5. Will be required to use eye protection when required for safe job performance.

POSITION SUMMARY
Under the direction of the Plant Manager and/ or Maintenance Manager, provide maintenance support and troubleshooting for both mechanical and electrical equipment ensuring the plant operates at the highest level of uptime and efficiency. Perform all maintenance functions within company defined Environmental, Health and Safety guidelines and sustain a clean and organized maintenance department
ESSENTIAL DUTIES
+ Adhere to all OSHA safety requirements as it relates to the duties of maintenance operations
+ Complete all required OSHA or corporate training courses as defined by management before conducting tasks
+ Wear proper PPE as required for the task at hand
+ Under the direction of the Plant Manager and/ or Maintenance Manager, perform preventative and corrective maintenance activities
+ Install, troubleshoot and repair pumps, motors, conveyors, filler lines, plant equipment or other devices required to maintain production uptime
+ Typical equipment includes, but not limited to: 1) process pumps, motors and mixing equipment, 2) pneumatic components, vacuum pumps and electrical control systems, 3) hydraulic components and control systems, 4) power transmission systems (gearboxes, chains, drives, etc), 4) piping, valves, filters and fittings 5) field instrumentation and controls, 6) PLC/DCS and VFD’s 7)Dust collection and conveyance systems 8) Compressed air systems, generators and all associated equipment
+ Troubleshoot equipment issues and provide supervisor or management a repair solution including parts list and timeline
+ Perform electrical tasks such as wring motors, VFD’s control panels or other low and high voltage equipment (480VAC 3PH)
+ Maintain maintenance shop/areas in a clean, organized, professional condition, following all safety requirements for hazardous materials
+ Keep all tools, power equipment, and other tools of the trade in a clean and safe working condition
+ Ensure all documentation for LOTO, Confined Space, Hot Work and other related safety documents are completed before performing any work
+ Maintain effective and positive communication with production staff
+ Keep supervisors and management aware of pending issues and status of installation or repair
+ Coordinate preventative maintenance tasks on key plant equipment and ensure completion of those tasks
+ Strive to meet safety targets or objectives set by the supervisor or management
OTHER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
+ Operate Forklift, Man Lift, Scissor Lift, or other similar equipment
+ Order parts, check paperwork on receipt of parts
+ Attend safety meetings, conduct safety audits
+ Safely perform all other duties as required by supervisor on an as needed basis
MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIRED
+ Must have 20/20 or corrected 20/20 vision
+ A minimum of 5 years performing mechanical and electrical maintenance duties in a manufacturing or similar environment
+ Experienced background troubleshooting/installing/repairing air pumps, PD Pumps, pneumatic valves, gearboxes and motors
+ Ability to install and wire 100 hp electric motors, limit switches, photoelectric sensors, VFD’s
+ Exhibit a strong problem-solving aptitude when it comes to mechanical and electrical equipment
+ Employee must be able to safely lift in excess of 70 pounds multiple times without difficulty
+ Employee must have full range of motion and able to work in awkward positions
+ Must be able to work at heights in excess of 40 feet without concern
+ Must be able to interact with all levels of plant personnel in a positive and productive way
PREFERRED OR DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS
+ Computer skills
+ Welding ability/certifications plus strong pipe fitting, mechanical and electrical skills
+ Able to read technical documents, electrical schematics and manuals
+ Experience performing duties and documentation of preventative maintenance programs
