Join Our Team as a Hepatology Nurse! We have a full time position open for this unique role. The ideal incumbent will have a minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, hospital and/or clinic and have some experience in working with patients who have complex liver diseases.
Join us in a role where you can function at the pinnacle of your nursing scope, support patients’ health at home, and partner with families to prevent unnecessary hospitalizations.
Be part of a supportive and multidisciplinary team dedicated to providing exceptional patient care. You will work along side a team of hepatology providers, as well as the gastro team to provide the best care possible for the families and patients. This position is primarily working behind the scenes and coordinating care so the patient/family do NOT have to come into the hospital. This role relies heavily on a nurse who has a passion for educating the families to provide care for their child and prevent ER visits. The best part of this position is the people who you will be working with, and the Work-Life Balance: Benefit from flexible scheduling and a supportive work environment. , M - F, 8 AM - 5 PM work schedule. Must have a minimum of 2 years RN experience in a clinic and/or hospital environment. NO New Grads, please.

This position, in collaboration with the healthcare team, patient, and family, coordinates and promotes patient health utilizing evidence-based practice in the delivery of professional nursing care across the care continuum. This position advocates for the patient and family adhering to nursing and medical plans of care, regulatory standards, and organizational values.
