In this role, you will impact the organization by collaborating with C-level executives to shape and execute the overall technology strategy of the organization. You will provide strategic direction for technology investments, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement across the entire software engineering organization. Drive cross-functional collaboration to ensure seamless integration of engineering efforts with other business functions.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
+ Work with C-level executives to shape and execute the overall technology strategy of the organization
+ Provide strategic direction for technology investments, ensuring alignment with business objectives
+ Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement across the entire software engineering organization
+ Drive cross-functional collaboration to ensure seamless integration of engineering efforts with other business functions
MUST HAVE
+ 8+ years of experience guiding large, complex software development projects and teams
+ Strong proficiency in programming languages (Java, C++, Python)
+ Experience with software development tools, version control systems, and continuous integration/deployment pipelines

+ Bachelor's degree or advanced degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or another related field
