Customer Support Representative

As an AOG Customer Support Representative here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our customers during Aircraft on Ground (AOG) situations. You will work closely with our customers to understand their needs, coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues, and ensure timely delivery of parts and services to get the aircraft back in service as quickly as possible.

You will report directly to our Customer Support Manager and you’ll work out of our Phoenix, AZ location on a hybrid work schedule.

In this role, you will impact the customer experience by providing prompt and effective support during AOG situations, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

+ Act as the main point of contact for customers experiencing AOG situations

+ Coordinate with internal teams to expedite the delivery of parts and services

+ Provide timely updates to customers regarding the status of their AOG requests

+ Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues to ensure customer satisfaction

+ Maintain accurate records of AOG requests and resolutions

YOU MUST HAVE

+ Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer support or a related field

+ Strong communication and interpersonal skills

+ Excellent problem-solving abilities

+ Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively

+ Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field

+ Experience in the aviation industry

+ Knowledge of aircraft parts and maintenance processes

+ Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
