Vertical GAPMO Leader – Data Centers

As a key leader in the Building Automation (BA) business, you will oversee the strategic management of global programs for critical Data Center customers. This role requires a forward-thinking approach, combining technical expertise, strong leadership, and effective program management to deliver exceptional outcomes for Data Center clients. You will drive alignment across internal and external stakeholders, ensuring consistency in customer experience, while championing a customer-first approach across all program phases from pre-sales to post-delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Lead the Global Accounts Program Management Office (GAPMO) focused on Data Center customers, ensuring the seamless execution of projects from inception to completion.

+ Serve as the primary point of contact for Data Center clients on global matters, coordinating internally with stakeholders in sales, operations, and technical teams.

+ Partner with the Global Accounts Sales Leader to develop and refine Data Center strategies, aligning program execution with broader business goals.

+ Ensure the design, installation, and commissioning of systems across multiple Data Center locations adhere to both customer requirements and Honeywell’s standards.

+ Advocate for a consistent, high-quality customer experience globally, driving standardization across regions.

+ Champion collaboration across teams, including engineering, product management, and operations, to ensure successful project delivery.

+ Key Deliverables:

+ Influence customer and consultant decisions by providing Data Center-specific thought leadership, driving innovation in energy efficiency, scalability, and resilience.

+ Support sales teams by defining technical requirements and contributing to solution development during the sales process.

+ Deliver financial results by growing orders, revenue, and improving margins within the Data Center vertical.

+ Drive improvement in working capital management by ensuring project timelines, budgets, and resource allocations are tightly managed.

+ Foster a collaborative, cross-functional approach to achieving customer outcomes, ensuring alignment with Honeywell’s strategic vision.

YOU MUST HAVE

+ Buildings Construction Industry experience 15+ Years

+ Dealing with global customers and teams across continents

+ Exceptional project/program management skills

+ Technical knowledge of product, solutions and offerings at a High Level (including all Honeywell Offerings).

+ Familiarity with Industry standard specifications.

+ Knowledge of Honeywell processes, tools, organization structure desirable

+ Standard Implementation Process & Methodology experience. Developing Global Playbook & refining based on actual execution

+ Exceptional strong influencing, communication & coordination skills and ability to work across country / cultural teams

+ Experience with collaboration across global business teams / organizations
