Join a team recognized for leadership, innovation and diversity. Honeywell is looking for a Lead Demand Generation Representative for our Honeywell Building Automation (BA). As Lead Demand Generation Representative for Connected Power & SaaS (Forge), you have a key role in BA’s growth potential by developing and leading the go-to-market strategy for the Connected Power & SaaS (Forge) offerings. You will work to establish the channel for these offerings and lead initiatives to meet growth targets in collaboration with the broader commercial team and through channel partners.

You will report directly to the BA Americas Director of Business Development and work closely with Regional Sales Leaders and Sales Representatives as well as Offering Management and Marketing teams to develop and implement a commercialization plan that drives expected results. You will be an integral player in building and strengthening a quality scalable demand generation framework focused on the acquisition of new projects and targeted pursuits for Connected Power & SaaS (Forge).

Key Responsibilities:

+ Develop and lead commercialization strategy for Connected Power & SaaS (Forge)

+ Build and manage go-to-market channel for Connected Power & SaaS (Forge)

+ Develop internal and external partnerships to formulate and drive Connected Power & SaaS (Forge) value proposition

+ Develop C-level relationships with key end users with focused total energy management goals and drive demand opportunities with these accounts

+ Develop understanding of BMS offerings that support total energy management goals (including Connected Power, & SaaS (Forge), building management systems and electronic meters)

+ Undertake training for broader sales team on selling Building Energy Management Systems (including Connected Power, & SaaS (Forge), building management systems and electronic meters)

+ Identify portfolio gaps and latest market technology trends on Connected Power & SaaS (Forge)

YOU MUST HAVE:

+ 10+ years of sales or demand generation experience

+ 5+ years of experience with new product initiatives (NPI) and/or software strategies

+ Proficiency in all Microsoft Office programs including PowerPoint, Word and Excel

WE VALUE:

+ Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering or equivalent

+ Experience in IoT / Building Automation / Smart Buildings and/or commercial building electrical products

+ Experience influencing at the executive leadership level both internally and within customer organizations

+ Understanding of US government incentive programs for smart building and energy conservation programs

+ Proven track record of driving demand for smart / Connected Power solutions

+ Demonstrated ability to think analytically, strategically and creatively

+ Ability to execute and effectively drive results

+ Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including demonstrated ability to communicate with various groups of stakeholders / audiences

+ High sense of urgency and goal orientation (thrives in fast paced environment)
