**Excellent opportunityfor adynamic Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA)** to join ourhighly trained team ofPulmonologists and Sleep Specialists as wegrow our SleepProgram. Our APPwill complete physical examinations, perform consults onsleep assessment results, and help manage new and established patientsin an outpatient setting.

+ Primarily service the ambulatory Sleep Program

+ Current Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant board certification

+ DEAwith prescriptive authority required

+ 5+ years of APP experience preferred; not necessarily in Sleep Medicine and Pulmonology/CC

+ Sleep Medicine Certification is a plus!

+ Clinic Schedule M-F, 8-5 PM | 4 10-hour shifts per week | No weekends | No Call
