**Responsibilities**

**Position Summary:**

Under the general supervision of the Manager of Surgical Services Department and the Sterile Processing Supervisor, the Technician must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements are representative of the knowledge skill and/or ability required to carry out the sterilization process utilizing steam and ETO.

+ This position is represented by SEIU, Local 1107 and is covered by the terms and conditions of the applicable collective bargaining agreement.

**Qualifications**

**Minimum:**

+ Two (2) years’ experience or training in Sterile Processing.

+ High school graduate or equivalent.

**Preferred:**

+ CT SPT= Cert Sterilization Tech

**Pay Range**

$27.01 - $27.01 /hour
