As an Assembly Mechanic - Level 2 here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Mechanical Systems & Components (MSC) business unit in Arizona. You will be responsible for assembling and testing mechanical components and systems, ensuring their quality and functionality. Your attention to detail and technical skills will contribute to the success of our projects and the overall growth of our business. You will report directly to our Assembly Supervisor and you'll work out of our Arizona location schedule.

In this role, you will impact the efficiency and reliability of our mechanical systems and components by ensuring accurate assembly and testing. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project deadlines and deliver high-quality results.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assemble mechanical components and systems according to specifications

• Perform testing and inspections to ensure quality and functionality

• Troubleshoot and resolve assembly issues

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project deadlines

• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area

+ YOU MUST HAVE

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Assembly Mechanic or a related role

• Strong mechanical aptitude and technical skills

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications

• Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• High school diploma or GED equivalent

• Technical certification or vocational training in mechanical assembly

• Experience with precision measuring tools and equipment

• Knowledge of industry standards and best practices

• Strong communication and teamwork skills
