**How will you make an impact in this role?**

The Information Security Analyst, IT Asset Management position is responsible for operating the IT Asset Management (ITAM) control processes and assisting the asset owners in navigating ITAM solutions and processes. The Information Security Analyst will work with technology and business partners to ensure alignment understanding and ongoing communication on ITAM controls, compliance, and risk management. The main focus is on operating the controls and processes which will include analysis, investigation, and follow up to deliver activities within the control framework. Additional responsibilities include consulting with asset owners proactively or reactively to remove roadblocks, solve problems and provide support. The successful candidate will work individually and with teams on both structured and unstructured assignments.

**Responsibilities may include, but not limited to, the following:**

+ Operate ITAM daily activities related to control processes and governance including:

+ Ensure all IT products are approved and registered appropriately in the IT Product Registry.

+ Manage inventory and compliance of hardware and software assets throughout their lifecycle.Ensure IT asset product, lifecycle, and install data is accurate.

+ Respond to requests and identified unauthorized products by investigating and managing through a defined workflow to result in a final product disposition of approved or not approved.

+ Research and maintain product end of life information using various sources.

+ Manage IT asset disposal or data erasure orders in compliance with regulations, standards, and data protection requirements.

+ Perform data analysis to validate quality, derive measures and ensure compliance.

+ Respond to requests from others including compliance and audit entities for specific IT Asset Management data information.

+ Engage with asset owners to educate and assist them in navigating tools and processes to facilitate a compliant and robust IT asset inventory.

+ Assist asset owners and organizations, as needed, in migrating non-compliant environments and processes to compliant environments to achieve targeted levels of information security, oversight, and controls.

+ Perform and monitor activities against key performance measures to meet or exceed expectations.

+ Partners with others to contribute to enhancements which ensure seamless, supportable capabilities are built for our customers while adhering to compliance and quality standards.

+ Maintain and share best practices and contribute to knowledge repositories.

+ Provide data analysis and documentation to support process and audit activities.

+ Communicate the status of issues, preventative solutions and resolution to the team and leader with an emphasis on risk awareness.

**Minimum Qualifications**

The successful candidate for this position must be a proven initiative-taker with the ability to manage multiple priorities. In addition, the candidate must possess the following qualifications:

+ Experience with one of the following: IT Asset Management, IT Product Registry and ServiceNow.

+ Conducts systematic and rational analyses to identify the root cause of problems.

+ Excellent skills in organizing and managing workload to ensure demands are met and targets are achieved.

+ Experience in data and information analysis, utilizing various sources to make sound conclusions and decisions.

+ Is clear when explaining ideas and concepts to others, communication is structured and easy to understand.

+ Demonstrates analytical thinking and adaptive communication.

+ Knows when to raise decisions and when to make on-the-spot decisions.

+ Identifies ways to do things differently that will continuously improve the business.

+ Embraces a customer-focused mindset.

+ Able to challenge the status quo and drive creative ideas and solutions.

+ Recognizes the importance of teamwork to achieve objectives.

+ Adapts to change quickly and easily.

**Preferred Qualifications**

+ Extensive Microsoft Excel experience

+ Experience with SQL in a relational database environment a plus

**Qualifications**

Salary Range: $70,000.00 to $135,000.00 annually bonus benefits
