Adecco has upcoming job openings for Trainers at Ross in Buckeye, AZ. These positions are crucial roles with one of our top clients, situated in a NEW state of the art facility. The starting pay is $19.00/hr., with the opportunity for overtime.

As a Trainer you will be responsible for training programs within the Distribution Center. Supports DC Operations with all training initiatives. Train new and current Ross and Temporary Staffing Agency Associates on engineered standards (procedures/methods). The Trainer also supports new programs to increase the job knowledge, productivity, and performance of all DC Associates.

**Requirements:**

· Well-developed interpersonal skills that include a demonstrated willingness to help others become successful using a patient coaching approach.

· 1yr experience in learning and development of others.

· Good understanding of DC Merchandise flow and RDM systems.

· Proficient in Word and Math (testing required).

· Ability to effectively communicate process changes that do not follow documented procedures.

· Ability to communicate well in a very diverse work environment.

· Bilingual
