**What You’ll Do:**

+ Provide compassionate therapeutic services to residential patients, including both group and individual counseling using an approved curriculum.

+ Collaborate with the Clinical Director to develop clinical trainings and ensure regulatory compliance with governing bodies like DBHS, RBHA, OBHL, and CFR.

+ Offer ongoing support and consultation to clinical teams, ensuring adherence to organizational policies.

+ If independently licensed, provide clinical supervision to licensed staff.

**What You Bring:**

+ **Education & Experience:** Master’s Degree in behavioral health-related field with at least 2 years of experience in behavioral healthcare, physical health, or substance abuse treatment.

+ **Professional License:** Licensed with the Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners (Psychologist, Social Worker, Counselor, Marriage and Family Therapist, or Substance Abuse Counselor).
