**Responsibilities**

The House Supervisor has a variety of responsibilities including:

+ Organize and oversee patient care delivery during an assigned shift. Monitors and assess current environment for smooth hospital operation.

+ Assess and allocatesresources as needed. Provide input to employee performance. Assist in the coaching of staff members.

+ Document daily staffing and administrative records and maintains compliance with governmental policies and procedures. Presents documentation to senior staff.

+ Provide nursing care to patients on an as needed basis. Maintain communication to patient and family members regarding care needed.

**Qualifications**

**Minimum:**

+ California RN license

+ Associates Degree in Nursing (e.g. ADN)

+ At least three (3) years of nursing experience AND one (1) year of leadership experience

+ BLS certification

+ ACLS certification

**Pay Range**

$66.53 - $85.94 /hour
