Mechanic Level 4 Day Shift

Shift: 6am – 3pm (Monday – Friday)

As a Mechanic - Level 4 here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for performing advanced mechanical repairs and maintenance on various equipment and machinery. You will utilize your expertise to diagnose and troubleshoot complex mechanical issues, and ensure that all repairs are completed efficiently and accurately. This role requires a high level of technical skill and attention to detail, as well as the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.

In this role, you will impact the efficiency and reliability of our equipment and machinery, ensuring that they are operating at optimal levels. Your expertise will contribute to minimizing downtime and maximizing productivity, ultimately driving the success of our operations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform advanced mechanical repairs and maintenance on equipment and machinery

• Diagnose and troubleshoot complex mechanical issues

• Ensure all repairs are completed efficiently and accurately

• Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance tasks

• Collaborate with other team members to identify and implement process improvements

YOU MUST HAVE

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a mechanic, with a focus on advanced mechanical repairs

Journeyman skilled welding. Must be able to do structural as well as pipe.

Technical certification or degree in mechanical engineering or a related field

Experience working in a manufacturing or industrial environment

Knowledge of safety protocols and regulations

Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills

Proficiency in using various tools and equipment for mechanical repairs
