Responsibilities Job Summary The Data and AI Governance Program Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the development, implementation, and maintenance of our AI and data governance frameworks. This role involves coordinating with key stakeholders to ensure data integrity, privacy, and security while fostering a culture of data quality and ethical AI use across the organization. Responsible for understanding existing data and AI usage throughout the organization and proactively developing and implementing processes that will increase standardization and reliability of the organization's data and AI assets while mitigating risk to the organization. Leads key stakeholders, data stewards, AI stewards, and data governance coordinator in identifying business-critical data and AI models, applying processes, standards, and controls to ensure their quality and usefulness. Leads the AI and Data Governance programs, including planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting. Coordinates cross-functional teams to achieve program objectives and deliverables. Collaborate with business units, IT, legal, and compliance teams to ensure data governance and AI initiatives meet organizational needs. Communicate program progress, challenges, and successes to senior leadership and other stakeholders. Promote data literacy and ethical AI practices across the organization through training and awareness programs. Provide guidance and support to teams on data governance and AI-related issues. Creates and maintains data governance policies, procedures, and standards. Develops frameworks for AI governance, including ethical AI guidelines and risk management strategies. Develops and implements comprehensive AI and data governance strategies aligned with organizational goals. Ensures compliance with industry standards, regulations, and best practices in data governance and AI ethics. Monitor and assess the effectiveness of data governance and AI programs. Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and implement necessary changes. Qualifications Education Bachelor's Degree or 4 years' work related experience Required Experience Minimum of 2 years of experience in program management, data governance, or AI governance. Required
