+ Primary Care clinic with on-site lab and radiology

+ No OB, no hospital call, with light phone consults only

+ Medical Assistants, network of specialists, and on-site leadership to support an autonomous practice

+ Clinical responsibilities include wellness and chronic disease management with options for specialized procedures based on interests.

**Banner Health total compensation package includes:**

+ Salary range: $235,000-$265,000 (dependent on experience), plus incentives

+ $100K educational loan repayment

+ Sign-on bonus/relocation assistance

+ Up to $18K resident stipend

+ Paid CME days and malpractice
