Responsibilities Job Summary The Senior Consumer Research Specialist leads consumer research projects from ideation to methodology planning, fielding, analyzing, and reporting. He/ She serves as the SME for consumer research, and helps lead other research specialists, as appropriate, in carrying out their duties. She/He serves as key contact to research agencies HonorHealth uses for consumer studies. She/He interfaces with HonorHealth leaders to understand desired outcomes and to design studies to meet them. She/He help plan research projects with sound methodology to capture consumer insights representative of HonorHealth's broader audiences. The Consumer Research Specialist helps field studies, or works with an agency to do so, then leads data analysis and presents findings to leaders as appropriate. The Senior Consumer Research Specialist also helps lead the Digital Patient Family Advisory Council. Collaborate with constituents to understand requests for consumer research, and to design studies to produce high-quality results. Leads other research experts, creates study methodology, crafts questionnaires and scripts, and manages relevant research vendors. Analyzes data from studies to extract relevant insights. Crafts documents to present results to HonorHealth leaders and presents findings as appropriate. Manage research technology and platforms. Serve as SME for questions about its functionality and as the conduit to other queries with the vendor. Manages research projects and helps guide other research specialists to get the best results possible. Manages research budgets for projects as assigned. Qualifications Education Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Research, Communications, Business, or related discipline. Required Experience 2 years Experience managing research projects from ideation to execution, preferably in healthcare. Required
