**Responsibilities**
The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) supports the nursing staff by providing basic nursing care to assigned patients across all age groups, including neonates, pediatrics, adolescents, adults, and aging adults. This role requires an understanding of growth and development principles to deliver age-appropriate care in alignment with established policies and procedures.

+ Provide basic nursing care to assigned patients in accordance with policies, procedures, and patient-specific needs.
+ Demonstrate knowledge of growth and development principles to deliver care tailored to each patient's life stage.
+ Collaborate with the nursing team to ensure a safe, efficient, and supportive care environment.
+ Actively support the Mission and Core Values of St. Bernardine Medical Center through compassionate and professional conduct.
+ Contribute to the hospital’s strategic plan and participate in quality improvement and process improvement activities to enhance patient care.

**Qualifications**
+ C.N.A. Certificate
+ BLS - Basic Life Support for Healthcare Provider
+ Basic arithmetic skills
**Pay Range**
$23.00 - $25.66 /hour
