Responsibilities
• Remain actively engaged with the document control team and the client's project team
• Provide direction to the document control team on daily document control activities
• Consistently deliver quality document control services based on subject matter expertise and experience with best practices
• Work with cross-discipline engineering documents (requirements and use) and discipline approval processes within a project team
• Work closely and maintain effective communication flow with other team members and management
• Monitor personal performance against the team's established KPIs and contribute to continual process improvement
• Primary point of contact for escalated client issues
• Troubleshoot and provide solutions for any client issues
• Assume the responsibilities of the Document Control Manager in their absence
Requirements
• High school diploma
• 3+ years of previous experience in Document Control
• Construction Document Management or Construction Quality Processes
• Demonstrate an understanding of construction and project lifecycles and third-party contract deliverables
