We are seeking a Product Manager to lead our member website and mobile app initiatives, focusing on Part D and Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) experiences. You will manage the product lifecycle, collaborating with CX and Development leads, while leveraging AI for productivity and innovative features.

This role offers the chance to transform Medicare experiences by simplifying healthcare for seniors through AI-driven solutions.

**Key Responsibilities**

+ Drive the end-to-end product lifecycle for Medicare member portal experiences.

+ Lead collaboration with CX and Development leads to balance user needs, technical feasibility, and business goals.

+ Develop AI-powered features that enhance medication management, benefit navigation, and personalized experiences.

+ Prioritize Part D and PBM functionality to simplify complex healthcare decisions.

+ Partner with stakeholders across clinical, compliance, legal, and business teams.

**Use your skills to make an impact**

**Required Qualifications**

+ 5+ years of product management experience in healthcare or digital platforms

+ Proven ability to write compelling user stories and feature specifications

+ Excellence in telling data-driven stories that influence stakeholders

+ Experience leading cross-functional teams in agile environments

+ Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex requirements into user experiences

+ Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare, technology, or related field

**Preferred Qualifications**

+ Experience with Medicare, Part D, pharmacy benefits, or senior-focused products

+ Knowledge of healthcare regulations and accessibility standards

+ Demonstrated use of AI tools for productivity and feature development

+ Proficiency with Jira or Azure DevOps

+ Advanced degree in healthcare, technology, or related field

**Pay Range**

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.

$104,000 - $143,000 per year

This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
