**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Developer with 8+years of experience specializing in Salesforce technologies and the Airlines domain.

**Responsibilities:**

+ Oversee the customization and development of Salesforce applications to meet business requirements.

+ Provide expertise in SFDC Identity and Security to ensure robust and secure systems.

+ Utilize SFDC Lightning to create dynamic and responsive user interfaces.

+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive Salesforce solutions.

+ Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.

+ Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in Salesforce development.

+ Contribute to the continuous improvement of Salesforce practices within the organization.

**Qualifications:**

+ Experience with configuration and code development in Salesforce Service cloud Hyperforce.

+ Experience with external system integrations, including configuration for authetication and authorization.

+ Experience with setting up new SFDC instance and best practices.

**Salary and Other Compensation:**

Applications will be accepted until May 10, 2025.

The annual salary for this position is between $130,000 - $152,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
